Emergency Backup
The built-in emergency battery provides up to 3 hours (180 minutes) of operation when normal power is unavailable.
Two operating modes are available:
- Normal + Emergency Mode: The EXIT sign stays illuminated during normal operation and during a power outage.
- Emergency-Only Mode: The EXIT sign turns on when normal power is disconnected.
Durable Construction
The housing is made from A356T6 aluminum with a baked-on gray epoxy finish. A tempered glass exit plate protects the sign, while the silicone gasket helps seal the enclosure.

Returns Policy
At Energy Efficient LEDs, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return within 30 days of purchase.
To request a return, please contact us at (404) 397-2785 or support@energyefficientleds.com. Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return label to download and print.
All returned products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies to returns that are missing original packaging or are not in new condition.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange in line with our policies. Refunds are usually issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please request an RMA when arranging the exchange. A replacement item will be shipped once your return has been received and inspected.
