Returns & Refunds

At Energy Efficient LEDs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we aim to make the return and exchange process simple and straightforward.

Return an Item

You may request a return within 30 days of purchase by contacting us at:

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning your item. When applicable, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Please do not send products back without an approved RMA, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange in accordance with our policies. Approved refunds are generally issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after the return has been processed.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Product Condition

Returned products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging, unless otherwise approved by Energy Efficient LEDs.

Products that have been installed, used, modified, damaged, or returned without their original packaging may not qualify for a full refund.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns that are missing original packaging or are not returned in new condition.

Any applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

To request an exchange, please contact us and obtain an RMA number before returning the product. A replacement item will generally be shipped after the returned product has been received and inspected.

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, we may contact you to discuss available options.
